'What a wonderful time we enjoyed in Viterbo! Paola was a most helpful and communicative host from the minute we booked and she was just as great when we met in person at the check in. The property was ideal and perfectly in keeping with the style of old Viterbo. The apartment has all that one could need for a stay and is cosy without being cramped. We enjoyed every aspect of it and until one stays there the value of the parking space cannot be overstated! We hope we get the opportunity to return...

'This is a real amazing place to stay for my holiday! I wanted a secluded place, private swimming pool and a beautiful view. That's what I got and even more! I was overwhelmed by the stunning views and very comfortable house with all the amenities one needs. 'Really disappointed in how this stay turned out. First, we chose it for two reasons: Horse riding (which we confirmed in advance we could do) & a "full apartment with kitchen." It was, literally, the most uncomfortable space I've ever slept in. The rooms shown in most of the photos are the OWNER'S apartment in the 2-story building, not the public rooms. 'Nice stay and a lot of privacy with 24 people. Really Italian style, beds are good and dark rooms to sleep, liked that. Federico is a real gentlemen, and always react fast when we had some questions. Definitely a good place to stay with a couple of friends or family. 5 stars without a doubt.'

'Een mooi, ruim oud huis vol karakter En geschiedenis. De tuin heeft een fantastisch uitzicht maar ook veel muggen. Een korte wandeling de berg op en je bent in het mooie centrum met een prachtig groot plein, cafés, restaurants en een paar winkels. Todi heeft een aantal mooie kerken, antieke restanten, musea, een park en schitterende uitzichtpunten. Op en rondom het plein is er ‘s avonds vermaak zoals muziek en films. Todi Is echt een geheime tip!'

'We had a great stay is this beautiful house. It is the perfect location to enjoy Orvieto, Bolsena Lake (Both 15 minutes) and within 75 minutes you are in Rome. The house has different levels outside and with a baby that crawls, it sometimes was a challenge. But the garden was so pretty and colouful. Everything was perfect and clean. Andrea checkt if everything was ok regularly and even brought a microwave. So friendly. Ik really recommend this house.'

'Stunning house with A+ furnishing, the ceiling fans and air conditioners were useful extras in this year's summer heat. A beautiful garden & terraces and a small but pleasant swimming pool. And let's not forget the incredible view of the surroundings! We could also enjoy the swallows and the bats that passed by! Gave us all that extra "Italy-feeling". 'Schönes altes Haus mit riesigem komplett eingezäunten Garten. Wir waren mit Hund und Kindern für eine Woche in Lubriano. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und in dem Garten mit dem tollen Pool kann man sich super entspannen und Zeit verbringen. Wenn man aktiv sein möchte gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.'

'As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather.
