'We were looking to book a shorter week in Fairfield to check out the university. This property allowed a shorter stay, which was extremely convenient for us. The location was a short drive to the university and within walking distance to the beach. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous. All levels were tastefully decorated, the house was clean, well lit, and included all modern amenities. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded in a timely manner. 'We enjoyed our stay overall. The host was always responsive. The apartment definitely has a weird layout but was comfortable. The beds and linens were nice. My only complaint was the pool. I felt it could have been kept up a little better as it is listed as an amenity and the traffic was intense on the road by the house. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. '

'Beautiful property, better than I expected. Very clean upon arrival. Had plenty of kitchen and pantry essentials Plenty of room for the 6 of us, would actually sleep 8 people. Extra bonus we were able to bring our dog. Shed had bikes and helmets for kids to use, we brought their scooters which they were able to ride around the community. Beautiful private beach and definitely a short walk. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. Thanks to our great host Rob!'
