'Bad neighbourhood, smelly stairs with open bins and a lot of noise from the other people in the building. The room was 'nah' and the bathroom was awful'

'It did not appear that the room was cleaned very well before we checked in. One of the bath towels had a hole in it. There was some garbage on the night stand. The soap and shampoo bottles were opened and partially used. I don't know if the cleaning staff left them that way or if they were left over from the previous guests. I got the impression there some long term guests staying at the hotel. There were 5 guests on the outside walk way smoking, having beer, and cooking on a small grill.'
