'Cathy was fabulous and friendly while booking! The octopus lair was adorable, had everything we needed and the location was perfect to park the car and be able to walk to everything! Perfect experience, couldn’t have asked for anything better! '

'My family and I stayed one night, and it was wonderful! The host was very communicative. The apartment was spacious with a nice sized kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms. The one bathroom was only slightly annoying, but we made it work. The outdoor sitting area was sooooo relaxing. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, coffee...everything. We did not have to drive anywhere. Everything was within walking distance, and I would definitely stay here again!'

However, there were multiple maintenance issues that significantly impacted our stay.The master shower was not working upon arrival (fixed the next morning), the TVs in both the living room and second bedroom did not work for most of the trip, and notably, the top outlet of every electrical socket in the condo was nonfunctional. 'The house is beautiful and perfect for two couples. It is also only a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The location is also great for morning and evening walks along the southern coastal areas and through the beautiful neighborhoods.'

'The quaint Coral House is exactly as pictured. Bright and cheery. They do have next door 2-3 large condos under construction but the workers were very respectful of guests. '

'Very rare you can rate a place 5 stars, but this place deserves it. We had a slight hiccup with the check in process but even at midnight the host showed up and got us in! This place is different than other rental properties. A beautifully and thoughtfully decorated renovated historic home with all the creature comforts you need. Visited Savannah with a friend and my 6 year old son. I appreciated the ability to park off the street and had it not been raining we would have been able to walk to...

'This location was great once we got our bearings. Archer was great, he responded immediately to all our questions and gave a lot of suggestions of things and places to see. We walked or used Uber to get around. Highly recommend '
