The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. (Thank God it was still in the package, but gross). Also there was something gross stuck on the nightstand. I complained but they said “we...

'Besides being under construction the personal was terrific. We had an issue with the room and front desk took care of it immediately.. AWESOME!!!'

'Amazing staff and clean, beautiful hotel in a prime location in Lake Jackson. The breakfast was great! The staff constantly kept checking in on us to see how our stay was going. I would definitely recommend this hotel to another family. '

'everything looks good and it was in good shape, the only thing was that out room had a strong smell to humidity and we are alergic. So we didn't sleep well. I am afraid there is mold on that room. They try to cover it with a glade scent plug, but that is worse honestly. '

'Attendent was not very cordial or accomodating. Room was spacious and had most of the things we needed, but some were missing - like a counter or table in the bathroom. There were some areas that were not clean - the shower. It was a decent room for the money we paid. '

'You get what you pay for. Rooms were recently remodeled but all 3 of our rooms had dead cockroaches and ours had a couch that was still in the cardboard and plastic from its delivery. One of our rooms already had guests staying in it so we walked in on them. Front desk couldn’t explain why there was somebody already there. Would not stay there again but you live and learn!'
