'This was an affordable and convenient basement studio with private entrance - great for a 2 week stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the AC was very efficient - cold even on some exceedingly hot days. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills rental, this place is great. 'The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. '
