'Dit hotel behoort tot de duurdere hotels in de omgeving. Daar tegenover staat mooie ruime kamers en een net hotel in een goede buurt. Helaas zijn er wel echt heel weinig voorzieningen, het zwembad mag je geen zwembad noemen en voor kinderen bijvoorbeeld is er niks te doen. Bijkomende kosten voor gebruik parkeergarage en ontbijt zijn het niet waard, die zouden in de prijs moeten zitten'

'It was very cosy apartment hotel. Location is perfect. Hot and strong water pressure of the shower which was important for me. I could extend the check out time till 2 pm with small extra cost which was very convenient.'

'Mooi appartement. Vriendelijke vrolijke jonge dame bij ontvangst. Kregen een kaart van Bilbao met uitleg over alles in de buurt. Mooi en net appartement en erg centraal gelegen, vlakbij de zubizuri brug. En supermarkt op 2 min lopen. Prive parkeergarage verderop in de straat. '

'Nice apartment, but also some not so nice things: There is no reception. So when you have troubles opening the door, like we did, you have to call and wait till a repair mam arrives at the property and let's you in. During our stay we were ingooien that there would be no water one day. Not a big problem, but inconvenient to have that at 9.30 till 11in the morning. Normally during vacation we like to sleep a bit longer and than start the day slowly. Now we had to make sure to have showed and...
