Erg mooie kamers, fijn zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Er werd bij de incheck met je meegelopen naar de kamer en alles uitgelegd.

Erg fijn hotel met betrokken personeel, mooie tuinen. Niet op loopafstand van zee, maar dat vonden wij niet een probleem. A la carte eten was heel goed, het buffetrestaurant beviel ons minder.

Prachtige omgeving! Zeer gastvrij! Voelt als een familiehotel.

I stayed in this hotel a few years ago an returned to it because I think it is the nicest hotel in Arona. Since my last trip there have been further improvements making it an even nicer place to stay, In particiular the breakfast is really good and dinner is now at the oceanfront. Location is and was perfect.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff that gave us a warm welcome. Hotel offers many facilities like pools, spa, bars, restaurants, tennis court and a play room. We had a villa wich included a hottub with a very nice view on the ocean. All the facilities don't feel overcrowded as in some other hotels. Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, restaurants, especially restaurant NUB. Dining here is an experience that we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. We (2 adults) arrived tired after an intensive period of working and we left completely rested and relaxed. Thank you for an awesome time at your beautiful hotel.

Bijzondere bouwstijl door grote hoogteverschillen van het terrein maakt het hotel ongewoon en daardoor extra leuk. Voorzieningen en kamer prima. Door het seizoen wel hoog "grijze koppen" gehalte.

Prachtige kamer, schoon, heerlijk bed, 2x per dag . Personeel doet er alles aan om het je zo prettig mogelijk te maken.

super mooie kamers, goede ligging aan de boulevard geweldig ontbijt. club voorzieningen te duur, blij dat we dat niet bij geboekt hebben! je mag helemaal boven in in een private area gaan liggen, waardoor je drie trappen naar beneden moet om bij het zwembad te komen om even een voorbeeld te noemen. laat mij maar lekker beneden liggen ;) je hebt dan wel en nespresso machine op je kamer, maar met een waterkoker gaat het ook prima hoor. wij hadden het zelfde uitzicht als onze buren met een club...

Een heerlijke rustige locatie met alles op loopafstand. Wie van rust houdt is hier op z'n plaats. Mooi appartement met ruim balkon en inloopdouche. Ligt wel op de 1e verdieping zonder lift.

Voor ons de ideale plek voor een heerlijke vakantie op Tenerife met super vriendelijk personeel …komen graag weer terug in

Very friendly reception and nice rooms with a lot of space. Overall a good apart hotel where will go next time we go to Tenerife.
