So when you have troubles opening the door, like we did, you have to call and wait till a repair mam arrives at the property and let's you in. During our stay we were ingooien that there would be no water one day. Not a big problem, but inconvenient to have that at 9.30 till 11in the morning. 'Mooi appartement. Vriendelijke vrolijke jonge dame bij ontvangst. Kregen een kaart van Bilbao met uitleg over alles in de buurt. Mooi en net appartement en erg centraal gelegen, vlakbij de zubizuri brug. En supermarkt op 2 min lopen. Prive parkeergarage verderop in de straat. '
