While cozy at 400 sq. ft., it was done thoughtfully and with great taste. There are amazing restaurants, gourmet delis, and a beautiful park for people watching within a three-block radius of the apartment. Our host was perfectly communicative and supportive with any need we had. Make this your NYC home away from home.'

'Toen wij hadden geboekt gingen wij reviews lezen en deze waren zo slecht dat wij een backup hebben geboekt. Wel wilde we het eerst zelf ervaren.. eenmaal aangekomen in dit hotel bleek er niks van de reviews te kloppen!! Wij waren ons gezin van 2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen van: 7,8,10,13 jaar en de kamer was echt fantastisch !! We zaten op de 6e verdieping, de kamer was schoon, mooi en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Een koelkastje en een mooie badkamer, de kids vonden de stapelbedden geweldig!!...

'Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Vrbo experiences I've had. We booked this property because it advertised air conditioning, but from the first night the apartment stayed around 80°F even with the AC running continuously. We reported the issue immediately and followed every troubleshooting step the host suggested, including sealing the window around the portable AC. The host repeatedly acknowledged there was an AC problem and told us a technician would come, but no one ever arrived during...
