'Nice area in the Upper Eastside - 60s. Short walk to subways at 63 & Lex. Convenient small markets and a Trader Joe's nearby. Great restaurants all around.Comfortable bed, easy access with "latch" app. We had a business meeting within a 5 minute walk.'

'Apartment was clean and tidy. Check in:check out was easy! It was super convenient for subway, Chelsea market, and the upper line. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Only suggestions are some paint from prior water damage and the microwave was very difficult to operate (might benefit from a replacement).'

'Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser....
