'Nice hotel'

'Room was missing a top lock. Paid for late checkout but still was woken up twice at 10 am and at 11am asking us to checkout. Apparently they don’t communicate which guests have late checkouts. Ridiculous'

'This property is so dirty with a musty smell, we had to switch rooms 2 times because the rooms were still dirty with trash on the floor and the carpets in the rooms nor the hallways looked like they have been vacuumed at all for a while. 'I would give 1 to 2 stars for the overall experience, even though the room itself and the bed were actually great. To be fair, the front desk staff specifically Al and Mike were absolutely so wonderful and very polite and the whole reason I loved staying here. However, major maintenance and service issues completely ruined the stay. The shower drain was completely backed up, causing water to fill the tub immediately, making it totally unusable. 'We were very pleased with this motel. The room was spacious and well appointed, the AC worked well, it was very quiet, the bed was comfortable and I really appreciate the extra pillows. The breakfast was fine and the 12 pm check out was very helpful for our schedule. Some nits - the elevator looked a little beat up and the floor indicator was missing some of its numbers. We only found 3 handicap spaces which seems like too few for the size of the motel.'
