Regardless of the time of year you visit, this retreat is in the heart of all of the action with access to endless ski runs, a shared hot tub, and a sauna to relax in after fun-filled days. When you return home from your own type of adventure, cozy up next to the fireplace as delicious smells from a homecooked meal waft in from the full kitchen. End evenings in the sunroom with a glass of wine and a good book as the sun dips behind the mountain tops. With free WiFi and a flatscreen TV, there will be no lack of entertainment as the stars come out, so whip up a bowl of popcorn and end perfect days with a movie night!

Sitting at the base of Copper Mountain, you will have no problem finding something for every guest to enjoy! The snow-lovers will obviously fall in love with this location, as hopping on and off the mountain will be so easy you may not see them from sunup to sundown! Come summer, the beautiful hiking and biking trails await for a day well-spent int he great outdoors. Plus, if you don't feel like cooking, there are numerous dining options in The Village such as Ten Mile Tavern, Incline Bar & Grill, and C.B. Grille!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Perfect location and price!
My husband and I stayed at the condo for two nights. We realized it's a studio with a pullout sofa sleeper (which explains the very reasonable price), but it was great! The facility was super clean and nicely furnished. It's more like a hotel studio w/ kitchen so make sure you bring all of your own seasonings, etc. if you're cooking. It doesn't have that lived-in feel like a lot of VRBO listings, which was nice. The location is PERFECT! Located in the heart of center village so it was easy to walk to/from the slopes and restaurants. Great views from the covered patio! My only recommendation to the property management company is to invest in a mattress topper or something to give the pull out sofa more support. We didn't have super high expectations on the mattress but kept rolling into the middle during the night. We considered bringing a blowup mattress instead of using the sofa. Also, the directions you get for check in aren't super clear. Once we picked up the room keys from the lock box, we guessed on the underground parking entrance we found and lucked out as it isn't clearly marked. Heads up this property is in the West, not East tower, so keep that in mind when you find a parking spot underground. Overall, would recommend and stay again!
