'Accueil personnalisé et chaleureux par la famille qui possède l’hôtel. Ils sont disponibles 24h sur 24h meme pour nous fournir un petit déjeuner à 3h du matin avant notre trek pour Rainbow Mountain. La chambre est belle et propre. L’hôtel se situe tout près du centre historique de Cusco. Comme nous partons très tôt les deux matins, ils nous ont préparé et enveloppé de généreux petits déjeuners et des collations. Je recommande fortement! '

'Heerlijke plek om te ontspannen in Cusco. Het hotel is helemaal van deze tijd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn stil wat enorm fijn is aangezien het hotel zeer centraal ligt. Het ontbijt is zeker de moeite waard en geheel naar verwachting van een Novotel/Accor hotel. 'I stayed in three different hotels during my trip to Peru, and Sonesta was by far my favorite. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is about a 15–20 minute walk from the main plaza, which made it pleasantly quieter at night compared to more central hotels.
