'This is an excellent property with a great location right at the beginning of town with parking right outside. Staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions. Breakfast service is excellent with great food and beautiful dining room. I don’t think there could be a better place to stay in Kinsale.'

'Unfortunately cannot recommend this place, poor hospitality and communication… we reserved room 2, and received confirmation of this, were put in room 4 , no king bed as advertised (in either) and up many many stairs, no fan or air in room, one window —awkward check-in, lockbox, late day instructions, after 3 pm, Never saw a hotel manager or helper… you’re on your own folks! emailed twice about Wi-Fi issue, waited over 24 hours for response… manager phone number would not connect. Scrappy...

'Beautiful, quiet and serene. Super friendly staff, and the food was excellent, especially the tasting menu. Had a fantastic if brief weekend trip, was very well looked after, including by Robert, our fantastic taxi driver, who was available as needed and super helpful. Will definitely recommend'
