'The property is beautiful, the garden is truly award winning! We stayed in the Country Club ' room, in the newer section, right if the court yard. It has it's own small patio!I loved the breakfasts (they do have one choice provided, our cereal) and the happy hours, we felt so pampered!! Staff was friendly, room was well appointed. 'Hotel looks great. Lobby is beautifully decorated and welcoming. Room amenities like a Dyson hair dryer in a leather box are lovely but money would have been better spent on double glazed windows on the street side. The noise level was HIGH making the balcony unusable. We requested to change rooms to the backside (no balconies.) Tried to use electric bikes to kill time for the change but the batteries were not charged. Room change request was met w continued resistance. 530am call to mgr was ...

'The room was clean and recently updated. The ocean view was lovely and did not disappoint. The property was very clean and well-maintained. A few negatives we did notice: Being located on a balcony room did have some noise that reached us from the restaurants and bars below. We did get a few ants in our room. As for parking - the fee to self park or valet are extremely ridiculous. You should be aware that it's a very high fee of $90-100/per day. '

'Very nice property and within walking distance of the beach, the Del Hotel and many good places to eat. We had a rental car and ended up finding parking on the street to save the $50 fee. Had to do some moving around but easy to find some free places. We had a unit on the busy street so that was not ideal but location is hard to beat.'

'The whole place is really in need of some upgrades. The pillows at minimum should be replaced. They were incredibly hard. The staff were all kind. '
