'Pros: The proximity to the beach and to two local coffee shops is unbeatable. The space was clean and quiet which is great for travelers with families. Everything you needed in the kitchen was there. Cons: No bath mats, heater didn't work, no clear parking spot directions, and the toilet seat was broken (I believe it was mentioned that it was broken already in past reviews, which means it still hasn't been fixed).'

'Owners communicated all the important information very well! The property was clean and ready early! She gave great recommendations of places to eat as well as places to go see! Loved the games they had, even though we brought some to play. Only “complaint” we would even have, which is NOT a complaint at all is it would be nice if there was more light in the living room. We will definitely stay here again!!!'

'My sister and I stayed at the house for a week, this was our first trip to San Diego. The house was BEAUTIFUL! It was well stocked, had a lovely and very private backyard, and plenty of space to relax. The beds were so comfortable and the home was so cozy. We were centrally located to all the things we wanted to experience, Coronado Island, Old Town, Little Italy, La Jolla, and Balboa Park to name a few. Lael could not have been kinder or more accommodating. We will definitely stay at his place...

'We stayed here for the night before and the night of our wedding. House was amazing. Everyone said they felt like they were at Disneyland!! Pool was unbelievable. My kids got to enjoy it the first night and I could barely get them out! April was amazing. Easy to reach and so kind when the boys got a little too loud in the jacuzzi. We will definitely be back!'

'Place was really nice and comfortable. The location was perfect for me and my family as so many options to walk to. Best of all is the owner. She cares very much about your stay and easy to get in touch with any questions you might have. Can't say enough about how helpful the owner was to me during my stay. "Over prized hotel. 800 dollars for two nights is not cheap. You expect the basics to be in order. Because there's nothing really special about this hotel that would justify a high price. My bathroom sink and bath drain were clothed. Showering means standing enkel deep in water. Going by the lines on the bath this is a long time problem. Also there was water on the floor near the toilet. On top of that they forgot to clean my room. And to top it of the wifi is terrible. What didn't make it better was the 180 dollor bill in the skybar where they only serve canned beer. Even though the beds were comfortable i would not recommend this hotel."
