'Everything was perfect. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff was remarkable. Service was wonderful. Definitely will stay here again!'

'Breakfast was awesome. The room was cleaned but there was one day it was not cleaned when questioned about it one of the staff members questioned my word. Totally unacceptable. We were there for an extended 6 day night. A shout out for Itze and Elizabeth who took good care of us.'

'What size of the property was a great location for Coronado and San Diego. The location was in a walkable area to restaurants, shopping, hotel, del, and the beach. The property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was sufficient. The staff was very helpful and easy to interact with. The rooms were clean. It was nice to have a different experience than just a hotel, especially in a small quaint area like Coronado. I would definitely stay there again.'

'Package we purchased: Cabana with Beach Club was totally misrepresented. From Check-In throughout our stay, staff were very nice however untrained on the amenities included in our package. Wrong description of room ( not on the sand, no view, public walkway in front of the room. Ocean water toxic, can’t swim or touch water, sand as well. Serious consequences if used. Never told this was the case by the Hotel! Room only cleaned once in 4 days, when we called! Parking permit never issued. Manager...

'It was a good location close to shops and restaurants and such, but the room we got was so tiny! For the price we paid to not even be able to turn around in the shower-and I am a very petite person and it was very very small. The bathroom was like 5 square feet, if someone sat on the toilet their feet could reach out and touch the shower.'

'Unit was located at a busy street with many loud motorcycles as choppers and cars with extreme loud engines, as seems to be the culture in southern California. My sleep was interrupted many times because of this. At my request to relocate I only got an answer 4 days (and difficult nights) later. In the new unit the TV malfunctioned, the remote could only be used for changing the channel and not volume or even de-activate the TV. You had to do this with a button on the TV. TV itself did not work...

'Great location! They have a few bicycles to go to the beach. The neighbourhood has some fine restaurants. You can walk to the ferry that brings you into the Gaslamp district. Unfortunately the price for this 3 minute cross-over is priced a 8 US$ single journey. '

'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '

'The property location was perfect and the staff were always so nice and helpful! The only disappointing part was the pictures for our room online showed a couch and there was not a couch in our room. Otherwise we would definitely visit here again.'

'The view was great. Our room was infested with nats. Staff advised and found the problem was with the storing of garbage out back. They said the were working on the problem. We still has the nats until the day we checked out. Don't take the ground floor rooms. You can hear every step. We had young children staying above us and the staff tried to have them not to jump on the floors and rolling their luggage back and forth across the floor.
