'The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear the traffic outside and, of course, your neighbors. Whether this is a problem depends on the individual. However, it's otherwise a great hotel, within walking distance of the trolley station. There's a shopping center within walking distance, and a good restaurant next to the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which is why this hotel deserves so many stars in our opinion.'

'Great location and staff. Beware there is a $34/day “amenity fee” added to your bill at the end of your stay. I was unaware of this when booking through Expedia. I feel this should be included in the daily rate and it will negatively affect my opinion of IHG hotels for future stays.'
