Welcome to Fantasy Oaks Lodge! One mile from the bustling Conn Brown Harbor boat ramp in Aransas Pass. With 1.36 acres of land, there's plenty of room for boat trailers. You can wash your boat here, no need to hit the car-wash. Load the cooler up with ice from the ice-maker. There's a fish cleaning bench with running water as well. Grill the day's catch on the covered patio, the perfect place to enjoy a cool beverage in the evenings. This is a great spot, especially if you're fishing any of the tournaments in the area. Centrally located in Aransas Pass. 10 minutes to Portland, Rockport, and the Port A ferry landing.
The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds. Plenty of room and seating in the living room. The galley style kitchen has all you need to cook up a meal. Head out to the enclosed bonus space with dining table for a view of the water and to enjoy the evening breeze without the mosquitoes.
The two rustic cabins each have TVs, a small kitchen sink, microwave, one bathroom, two twin bunk beds, and sleep four people. The cabins share a deck, outdoor sink, and there are two grills available as well. Everything a fisherman needs.
The house and cabins can be rented separately for a lesser price. Streaming TV only.

It’s 18 minutes away from Rockport Beach and we had breakfast at The Bakery Restaurant and H‑E‑B is down the street. Definitely loved and hope to come back soon. Peacocks visited daily.

The check in process was super easy and the management team is BEYOND nice, friendly and helpful. There was plenty of space and showers for everyone on our fishing trip and plenty of space in the front yard for the kids to play with bubbles and frisbees. Tons of parking and the ease of checking out was wonderful for us after the long fishing weekend we had. Would highly recommend this home for any future vacations!!

Our stay was truly a great experience. We fully utilized the entire property. We ranged in age from 4-78 and it was perfect for all. It rained every day during our stay, but we spent most of our time in the bonus room playing games and enjoying the space. We will definitely return!

Main house was nice

It was ok. The main house was nice. The cabins were less so. The cabin didn't have a toilet paper holder, doors that didn't latch closed (bathroom and shower room), ceiling light fixtures not working (or all the bulbs burnt out), fans and ac vents (main house) were covered in black dirt. We loved the ice machine for filling coolers! The property is listed for 14 guests, but the kitchen was not for 14 guests. There weren't even 14 plates! The dining table seated 10 and was in an un-air conditioned part of the house which made it undesirable to use in the middle of summer. The property worked for us, and we had a wonderful time with our family. I'd recommend the main house, but probably wouldn't do 14 there again.

Multi-generational family vacation

First, let me say if I could give more than 5-stars I would. This property was perfect to host four generations. Booking and check-in were easy. The home was exactly as described online. Nina, management, was always available and extremely helpful. Shout out to their maintenance man who came and picked up our trash because we missed trash day! Our family stayed for eight days and we had such a great time. The home was comfortable and had all the things needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, the washer and dryer was such an added bonus, and the ice machine was convenient and saved us tons of money. One might think having so many people using all the showers and washer the hot water might be limited but we never ran out hot water. The two cottages were perfect too separating the other families comfortably. It was nice that each cottage had their own bathroom and shower. The inside covered sunroom and the outside covered patio is where my family spent most of our time. If I had one compliant, it was that the property did not offer wifi but we used everyone's hotspot and went around that. Our family will definitely book this property again. Worth every penny!

Perfect for friends/family getaway.

Loved staying at this property and there are so many extras to the property not listed. Like a pole holder by the garage, a cleaning station with a spot to show off your fish& take pictures. The bed I slept in was super comfortable, which was a blessing because I have back problems. We stayed(family of 5) with my bff's family(of 6). So much room& the cabins are great! They include showers/restroom, microwave, tv, coffeemaker and 2 sets of bunkbeds. Plus COLD AC! I was worried about the mosquitos but liked that the city sprayed every night to keep them under control. There's a huge screened in porch with fans and a big table. Perfect for playing games/eating. Big bonus is the ice machine! Saved us so much money bc a bag was 3.50 at HEB and I'm sure it would be even more on the island. Home is perfect place to stay in relationship to Port A and other beaches in the area without having to be incrowded areas/tourist traps. Nina the property manager with Rockport Escapes was AMAZING!!! We have never been taken care of before like we were by Nina. She was absolutely wonderful and got back with us immediately if we had any questions. 5 stars for Nina alone! We loved how roomy the house was and perfect for our two families. Great water pressure, even with 4 showers going at once! Property owners really thought of everything. Including grills, picnic tables, outside shower, pole holder, 2 fish cleaning stations,books to enjoy, ect. Will definitely be back, A+ all around

Fishermen's Paradise

This is a great property for a large group. Great location, close to Conn Brown, Heb, and just minutes away from Rockport. It’s not a 5 star hotel as the house and decor are a little dated but kept very clean and well stocked. Also wear shoes if you go outside of the house the yard is full of grass spurs. The enclosed porch is super comfortable especially when the mosquitoes are hanging around. The ice machine on-site is a huge bonus, our group never had to buy ice. Well done 4.5 stars.

The house was so comfortable and big, with all essentials. The big land permit our kids play and enjoy. Also, the place have grill so you can make bbq and they provide all kitchen essentials (pots, knife.. etc.) The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. *Plus excellent service, they respond fast to our questions We absolutely gonna come back and recommend
