'Een spartaans vakantiehuis met een prachtige tuin en heerlijk zwembad. Het huis zelf is gedateerd en bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen. Boven kan je slapen met een gezin aangezien daar een airco is die redelijk werkt. Beneden geen airco dus vrij warm en muffig (was voorheen de stal). 'Dit huis ligt aan het eind van een circa 1 km lange rots/gravel weg. Om er te komen heb je echt een hogere en krachtige auto nodig. Dan nog is er risico om een band lek te rijden, zoals ook ons overkomen. Het huis is prima, ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Karakteristiek en met smaak verbouwd. Het zwembad is prima en echt niet te klein zoals sommigen suggereren. De bedden zijn geen echte 2 persoonsberden, daarvoor zijn ze echt te smal. 'The garden, pool and exterior were nice but the interior is outdated. Too much pots&pans, paintings, accessories. We didn't feel at ease because of that. Couches with blankets, rugs etc. This kind of stuff makes the rooms dusty. Cleaning must be better (dust and spider webs, it attracts mosquito’s). The beds were good. Only two rooms do have airco. The fourth room is a vide above the kitchen and too hot to sleep.'

'My husband and I cannot say enough about this villa! The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. It is about a 30 minute drive from main city centre in Cortona. The nearest train station we used was Camucia. We would recommend renting a car to have to drive around the area and surrounding areas. Otherwise, it will be hard to get around. We would drive our car and park it at the Camucia train station and then take the train to Florence and Rome, etc. It was amazing staying in this...

'The stay was wonderful! Massimiliano invited us into his home, but also his family history of the estate. The villa has the charm and personality that you want in a Tuscan Villa. The villa was really clean, including the pool which was cared for throughout the day. The host was helpful in ordering food and in making local reservations. 'We stayed a week at Borgo Vallechie and had a perfect time! We went to celebrate our 65th birthdays (delayed a couple years by Covid) with our 2 adult children, their spouses, and our 2-yr old grandson. We spent so much time at the pool and ate outside every day. The Baldoni family were terrific hosts, gave us a welcome pizza party, and we opted for a cooking class and dinner. 'Heel leuk contact nog voor we aankwamen. Vriendelijk onthaald. Proper en goed voorzien van alles. 1 slaapkamer vrij licht omwille van ramen die uitgeven op de living. 3 badkamers! 'We absolutely loved our week in this gorgeous Tuscan Villa. It’s in a great location as we can easily walk into Cortona most days for lunch,dinner or aperitivo. The Villa is beautiful and has everything we need. It’s private, quiet, clean and the scenery around it is stunning.
