In terms of service, I think Karl Lagerfeld wins. Love the attentive and professional service provided by the staff at front desk, bell service, housekeeping, and the new butler service is superior. 'Best place to stay when you're in Macau between all busy casino's. We received a complimentary roomupgrade to one of there biggest suites, in addition we where offered a bottle of champagne by the hotel in the evening.
