'We loved staying at this property as a base for for exploring Capitol Reef. The visitor’s center was about a 20 min drive. The house was great: the kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, couches were comfortable and the house was very clean. Highly recommend! '

'This is a great place to experience an off-grid environment and stay in a rock! The workmanship of Grant was marvelous, and he is a great host. We had a few rainy days that turned it into an even more magical, to this already beautiful place. Our experience and stay was incredible. Would recommend it for those seeking a unique adventure. Quiet and great place to star gaze. Lots of hiking opportunities and the scenery is breathtaking.'

'The property was spectacular with unique amenities including farm animals, hot tub, grill, green space, etc. The house was clean with lots of room to spread out. Communication with the owners was very responsive. The only negative would be the flies, probably a season in the area but screen doors would have helped. '

'We stayed 3 nights in mid-September. The barn silo is so cozy and comfy, and well appointed with everything you need. A grill, chairs outside to relax as well as comfy seating inside, comfy bed an nice linens. This was our home base for visits to Zion park- great location and a great place to relax after a long day of hiking!'

'We used this for a stay between Zion and Bryce. It was great for us given the proximity to both. The unit was well appointed and comfortable. It had pretty much everything we needed. We were even able to do some laundry which was nice. Highly recommend.'

'We had a wonderful time. Great, peaceful location, close enough to Bryce Canyon, but away from the crowds. Enjoyed seeing deer, a red fox and hawks in the big grass field, beside our own greeting party of alpacas and goats. Nicki, the farm dog, was a treat to play with. Super friendly community members. We rented a side by side for a day of 4 wheeling in the beautiful foothills. Thanks, Neilsen family for sharing with us.'

"Fantastische lokatie en de hostess was zeer vriendelijk in de hulp en aanbevelingen. Onder de bank lagen nog wat resten van vorige bezoekers, maar de kamer was groot en ruim met een prachtig uitzicht. Buiten stonden stoelen, bbq en een firepit. Het was er heel rustig heerlijk"
