'I stayed in room 207 and I did NOT sleep the entire stay. The outside noise was intolerable and I heard crashing of glass bottles and recycling all night. The trash pick up was every morning and the noise from the street was awful. My 5 year old child kept waking up due to the noise. I travel all the time, I visit countries every few months and I have NEVER had the experience of it sleeping due to the noise being so loud. Duero the lack of sleep I have become sick. I do not recommend this place...

'We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel St-Sulpice. The overall experience felt thoughtful and luxurious from start to finish. The room was beautifully appointed, and the little touches really stood out — Nespresso, a well-equipped kitchenette, wine, tea, excellent toiletries, and a large, comfortable bath that made it easy to relax. The only thing I’d change would be the room selection - I chose “small room” to save a few bucks, but it is located just off the main lobby and there was noise. My colleague had a regular room in the main hotel and he said it was lovely. '

'Bed was very comfortable, room was basic bedroom, bathroom and shower, room also included a microwave nespresso expresso machine with pods that were refreshed daily and fridge. The location right in old Montreal was amazing so much within walking distance, restaurants, stores and various attractions for all ages. I never saw any of the staff in person, they handled my questions and logistics over the Expedia app. There were times I wished there was a person in the building to talk to. '
