'Location is fantastic. It is a bottom basement and a bit creepy going in the back door. You can hear every door step and creak from the upstairs. Lots of beds for everyone to sleep. Only issues was we killed 3 cockroaches during our 4 nights there. One dead roach by the outside of the back door and one outside of the front door as well. 'The property was overpriced for the quality. Cheap sheets and pillows, small bath with a sliding door. Definitely the funky factor. Small ant problem with bait in the corners and we were uncertain about the cleanliness of the sheets when we found a long grey hair in the bed. Upside; Drew was nice and communication was good. That being said, it wasn’t our vibe. We’ll be skipping it next time.'
