'Initial room I had booked through an agent was rather average and looked nothing like the images on the website. For a “deluxe king room” we had no view except the tops of trees and a tin roof we could walk on if we wanted! The good part was I decided to be a kind Karen and mention something to a gorgeous lady at reception who personally walked us to two rooms to pick from and upgrade at a discounted fee. The new room had amazing view of mindil beach and the lagoon pool. Amenities were amazing....

'Spacious and comfortable for our brief stay in the Darwin area. Appreciate that they have discounts arranged with the local restaurants. Friendly staff.'

'Location was fabulous close to so many restaurants and just an uber away from all you need. I will say my husband and I are in our 60’s so the shower in the bath I think would be quite challenging for anyone older. Even we were so very cautious trying to climb out without slipping over . Other than that accommodation was lovely. '

'Swimmingpool is great '

'Waren te vroeg om in te checken, mochten de koffers stallen en men ging onze kamer eerder klaarmaken. Perfecte service'

'Makkelijk te vinden, eenvoudig parkeren, dicht bij het centrum. Mooie kamer en prima ontbijt. '

'Fijne service, 24 uurs receptie en 24 uurs airport ophalen en brengen!'

'Not every 5 star hotel is a 5 star hotel. Spacious room but insulation poor (loud neighbours as well!) and bed (especially pillows) are not supporting good sleep, No coffee machine in the room, no cable tv either and the fitness room so so (small and not sufficient for more than 3 people), hotel misses ambiance. Overall, price quality is not balanced.'

'Fantastic hotel with a great service and facilities. The gym is above all expectations. The restaurant has reasonable prices and excellent steaks. Also, you stand a good chance that you will be checked in by a famous tennis player…'
