Above all- super friendly staff. I will seek out Holiday Inn Express whenever I travel from now on. Highly recommend. '

'It was great it was convenient literally close to everything in Kansas City especially coming from texas. The only thing that I had a issue was the windows it was blocked with a piece of wood and if you have smaller kids which mine are still small they are 12 and 8 they don't really focus on Windows and focus more on Nintendo switches I would be really concerned of that I hope they fix it soon just because it can be a hazard for any family to have small children and they like to jump or flying...

'The staff was incredible. Very helpful, informative and attentive. I honestly wish they were my hotel staff everywhere! The parking, even though there was a high volume, was actually pretty easy to get into a nice spot where we didn’t feel like we were walking a mile. The room was nice and tidy, there was a pool area that was well kept. As well as the patio behind the pool. Breakfast was great and substantial for a hotel breakfast! Set up bar style and they had plenty of options. Overall, 5/5!...

'Breakfast was very good, pretty much what we expected. Room was clean and comfortable. The weather was a little inconsistent outside so when we wanted to warm or cool the room it didn’t take long for adjustments to be felt. '

'Ophelia's was a lovely place to meet up with an old friend. We enjoyed the kind and welcoming staff, who function both as hosts in the restaurant AND front desk/concierge for the Inn. Free street parking nearby was also a plus. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The bar cart was especially pretty and fun and added to the unique atmosphere. I felt fancy the whole time I was there. Food in the restaurant was delicious too.'
