'The room was very nice and quiet even though our room was close to the elevator. It was very safe with keys to operate elevators up required. Also the beds were wonderful and the pillows awesome! My wife actually took a picture of the pillows to see about getting some for home. They were a little pricey for our home, but shows the quality of the hotel.'

'Pool seating comfy. End of hallway 1br suite was excellent. Would stay again. The parking garage does fill up if you arrive late on Friday/saturday. Even if it’s full you still have to pay the very expensive daily parking rate. Elevators in the parking levels can be unreliable at times. The front desk was very helpful the times it happened. Glad there are hotel phones around the property. '

'It was great it was convenient literally close to everything in Kansas City especially coming from texas. The only thing that I had a issue was the windows it was blocked with a piece of wood and if you have smaller kids which mine are still small they are 12 and 8 they don't really focus on Windows and focus more on Nintendo switches I would be really concerned of that I hope they fix it soon just because it can be a hazard for any family to have small children and they like to jump or flying...
