'There was a large sticky spot in the carpet and a leak in the ceiling in the shower. I reported the problems and they said maintenance would look into it. With 2 issues in the room, I was disappointed they didn’t move us to a different room or at least comp the room. '

'The staff was great, my issues were with the facility. My shower has almost zero water pressure it was just trickling out of the water head. The air unit in the room was so loud I just had to turn it off and be hot. I tried leaving it on but when it kicked on while I was trying to sleep it woke me up every single time. I tried calling down to the desk multiple times because of those issues and because the WiFi stopped working after day 2 and could never get anyone to answer. I won’t stay here...

'Such a unique property! The location was perfect! Walking distance to great restaurants and jazz clubs. The hotel's vibe is very industrial, while still holding on to the history of the brewery. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Though it's in an urban setting the room is surprisingly quiet.
