'The only good thing about this hotel is the location if you are going to a sporting event. If you generally like Holiday Inn Express, lower your expectations. Old, outdated and in need of major renovation. I think it was clean but it was hard to tell from how old everything was. Carpet looks to be from the 80s, and not in a cool vintage way. The blow dryer in the room was rusted, the shower had broken off shelves, there were paint splatters on the walls and it was definitely not Dove products...

'The pool staff was super protective of the area and made clear no outside drinks were allowed because there was a poolside bar staff to take drink orders. However, they never came out or seemed to want to provide drinks. The rooms were ok but definitely not as nice as the suggested classification of the hotel. 'I have stayed at this property before and have always had a positive experience. Unfortunately, this stay was different due to ongoing safe installations in the guest rooms. Beginning around 7:00 a.m. on Sunday morning, the sound of drilling was constant and continued until we checked out around 11:00 a.m. What was most disappointing was that we were never informed of this work at check-in. Starting such a noisy project so early in the morning, especially on a weekend, was disruptive to guests...

'One of the nicest boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Very unique and in a great area, although far away from downtown which was too important to me on this trip. When to a recommended fabulous restaurant within walking distance for amazing Italian food and ambience. It is a very eclectic and young area.'
