'Parking was easy, place is nice and new. '

'Small room but clean. Patio doors did not open but drapes really kept the sun light out of the room. The TV’s in the room was a smart tv so able to watch Netflix. Pool was closed for half of our stay due to immediate maintenance.Breakfast was ok but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to Kauffman Stadium '

'Not a great property or staff. Surprised Holiday Inn would have their name associated with this old and unclean hotel. We only last about 20 minutes before my daughter had allergic reaction to something in the air. Left and struggled to get a manager on the phone to get our money back. Stayed at another hotel in the area for our visit without issue'

'The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting.'

'hotel staff went above and beyond with great service. from a free bottle of wine delivered to our room to the restaurant giving us an apple to staff bringing toothpaste to our room. when i left a hairbrush in the room, they had it in the lobby in less than 15 mins. from checkout so that I didn't end up going home without it. they were wonderful! we plan to be back.'

'Clean room. Walls are a bit paper thin. You could hear clear conversations of folks out in thr halls. Gym was suffice, a bit stuffy. Location is great to walk to the Plaza restaurants. Highly recommend ARs brunch. Parking felt safe. Staff very hospitable. '

'Fantastic staff that appeared to actually like if not love each other. Added to the charm of this part of America that loves BBq, my least favorite food in the world. The hotel bar had the best soup and salad that I had in town. It was made onsite in a small kitchen with an even smaller, yet surprisingly welcome bar. Everyone felt like new friends for a one time awesome occasion '
