'Great and welcoming staff at check in. They have a wonderful shuttle with friendly driver to Plaza area restaurant and shopping. Love the garage covered parking and lots of choices for breakfast in house. My stay there was Nov. 14th-15th, always pleasant.'

'Room had plenty of room, Clean with a nice window view. I was perfect for our 54th anniversary. Easy walking distance from the Capital Grill for excellent dinning. The hotel offered a nice breakfast with a view to the Plaza.'

'It was great it was convenient literally close to everything in Kansas City especially coming from texas. The only thing that I had a issue was the windows it was blocked with a piece of wood and if you have smaller kids which mine are still small they are 12 and 8 they don't really focus on Windows and focus more on Nintendo switches I would be really concerned of that I hope they fix it soon just because it can be a hazard for any family to have small children and they like to jump or flying...
