'Beautiful barn had all we needed for a wonderful, relaxed stay. Only fault was the garden was quite grubby; the table and chairs hadn't been cleaned from the previous people, as there was still an ashtray full of cigarette ends on the table. I had to wipe down the chairs by the hot tub before we could sit down and enjoy our evening. Only a minor fault, but I feel like the outside should be as clean as the inside. Don't let this deter you from staying here; we had a great time and really enjoyed...

'The property was lovely and as described. 8 of us stayed and we all able to relax and felt comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms spacious.Not to far from Brighton and was easy enough to get taxis in and out if needed. Would definitely stay here again. '

'The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!'
