'I love the location. Next to restaurants and a bar right next door. View of the little river from the back deck. You could even go right out the back way and down the stairs.Beautifully decorated and very clean. They even had some beer in the fridge for us! We stayed two week nights and the noise from the outdoor bar directly next did pick up around 9 PM but since all the bedrooms are facing away from that area it wasn't an issue. My son slept in the family room so he reported the noise to me....

'We had a lovely stay at the Cozy Coop! We were in town for my daughter and her friends livestock show in Paso Robles so we were extremely busy and were only able to enjoy short periods of time here but the location is absolutely beautiful, the rental is extremely clean, cozy and cute! We loved the 90's chicken aesthetic feel. Super cozy! The chickens were so awesome and fancy! We have our own chickens at home so it felt very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. Easy to get to and close to town yet feels like its removed from the hustle and bustle.Templeton is a wonderful town, easily missed by us in many previous trips to the area. The location of this ranch is perfect for visiting Templeton, Paso Robles and Tin City.'

'It was fine. It took a long time for the water to get warm, we didnt even bother to try and take a shower. The toilet didnt flush correctly. The heater took a long time to heat up. The white towels in the bathroom all had set in stains. It was very difficult to figure out how to use the cable tv. (we have same set up spectrum and roku) finally had to call the rental agent.
