'É inconcepibile, per la tipologia e le potenzialità di una così bella struttura, l’esperienza che abbiamo vissuto io e la mia compagna. Al nostro arrivo alle 14:30 la reception era chiusa (e lo sarebbe stato anche la notte) giustificandosi con fatto che la struttura avesse riaperto il giorno del nostro arrivo. 'Very clean and quiet. We stayed here because everything in Siena was booked up. It was easy access, lots of free parking and although the manager did not speak much English he was very helpful and hospitable and even called a restaurant for us so we could eat after a late check in. Would stay here again. '
