She takes pride in her business and making sure her guests are well taken care of. She called our taxi, then walked with us and stayed until we got in.

We were there for Il Palio and Katia answered all about questions and helped us get tickets to a Contrada dinner. She also sent us information to get seats for Il Palio but we did not do this due to cost. Hotel is a great location and walkable to everywhere I would stay there again in there again....

Would not recommend trying to reach the hotel by car (we tried, it was horrible), just park outside the ancient citywalls and walk 10 minutes.
