'We stayed at one of the apartments for 3 nights. What we like: + Very spacious and beautiful area with unique atmosphere. + People are friendly + Beautiful garden (only open in the morning during breakfast). + Free parking outside + Cosy bar and restaurant What we dislike: - There are different types of apartments: the rooms with different heights (with different window sizes). Unfortunately, we received the apartment with lower height & small window. The room decoration a bit too dated....

'Very authentic ‘small village becomes hotel’- concept. No high level restauration here, many buildings were left in their ‘original’ state. People still living in the village add to the experience. Bit pricey for what you get. You pay for the experience, not for the comfort or service.'

'La habitación que nos toco muy bonita y la cama muy cómoda. La atención del personal excelente sobre todo Valentina que habla español y nos ayudo mucho super amable. El desayuno muy rico y muy variado excelente tambien. El estacionamiento esta a la estrada del area amurallada muy facil acceso y no muy retirado hermoso el lugar. Todo de 10'

'Zeer ontspannen, vriendelijk personeel, informatie bij de boeking via hotels.com bleek niet helemaal te kloppen. Ontbijt is Italiaans en zeer basaal. Eigenaar kookt soms voor de gasten en dit is geweldig'

'We booked 1 day before we would arrive and everything went smoothly. The owner texted me through whatsapp and was really friendly. The accommodation is located perfectly in the city center of Siena. The room was tidy and had everything we needed. I really recommend staying there.'

'Stellar room for that price range in a great location. The drawback ? The walls are not noise isolated at all, which means you'll hear all that's going on in the neighboring rooms or in the street below, which are very noisy all night long. I'd recommend this place if you have excellent earplugs, otherwise don't expect to be able to sleep much. '

'Very nice welcome by our host and we started immediately with wine tasting with cheese and bruschettas. Although we were the only guests she offered to make dinner for us. But we went into the centre of Montepulciano (walking distance) and found a few open restaurants. Beautiful centre with a few shops open despite the winter period closures. Execellent wines in Montepulciano! '

'Host is very nice and always accommodated every request. Very glad that he has private parking since it would be very difficult to find street parking in the area. Probably the nicest budget accommodation that we have ever stayed in. Excellent breakfast included. Very nice bathroom also. Coin laundry about 4 blocks East of B&B.'

'Our room in an old Palazzo had original frescos on the ceiling, a small balcony overlooking the city wall and surrounding countryside, and comfortable furniture and bed. The location is quite close to the Campo (central plaza in Siena) and we were made to feel very welcome. Check-in instructions were sent to us proactively and suggestions for restaurants and sights were also sent. I'm really glad we chose to stay here!'

'Lovely welcome and they went out of their way to help with directions, restaurant recommendations, ordering a taxi and making sure it arrives for us. Can’t say enough good things about this place. The views were also spectacular!!!!!!! Breakfast and coffee made specifically for us wow. Thank you!'
