'We booked a comfort room as the others weren’t available. The room is spotless, bed is comfortable, pillows are okay. But the comfort room is compact. The wardrobe is rather small. 'If you don’t mind walking up the stairs to the fourth floor (I didn’t), it’s a really nice accommodation. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is great, just 3 minutes from the square and Palazzo Pubblico. My room was nicely renovated and had a spacious and comfortable bathroom.'

'We stayed in Palazzetto Rosso for 2 nights, and it was everything we expected. The hotel and rooms are very stylish and a lovely mix of traditional and original elements with new technology and comfort.
The breakfast buffet had everything we wanted, the service is excellent, the location can't get much better - in short, this was perfect for a getaway weekend to explore Siena and the region.'

'This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable.
