'The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel had very good facilities (e.g. a laundry). We had a room at the ground level with garden access which was quiet and cool. The staff was very friendly and always tried to help. What we missed a little bit, were some space for storing of clothes and luggage (there were only four hangers). There was also only one chair in the room which was officially declared as a three-bed-room. But all in all we were very satisfied. '

'We had a fantastic stay at Le Ragnaie in Montalcino! The location is great for accessing wineries and surrounding area. It was peaceful, scenic, and perfectly situated for exploring the region. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully appointed, offering great comfort and charm. The pool was a highlight, especially after warm afternoons of wine tasting. The breakfasts provided were second to none as well. The staff - A+. Everything about the property was well cared for. Highly recommend!'

'We had a great time for two nights at this beautiful property with really friendly staff. The spacious apartment and the nature around the property as well as the proximity to Montalcino were perfect for a relaxing time. The little winery was excellent and the wine tasted really good. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!'

'The staff are super friendly. There is a free wine tasting for their vineyard included and the proprietor did our tasting and it was incredible and he was very passionate about his craft and highly knowledgeable. This winery is respectful of nature and organic. If you have a car and are interested in Brunello you will not regret your stay. The breastfast is rather limited in options. Also visit the Abbey that is nearby which was uplifting and a living community. '

Hotel ligt wel wat buiten het centrum, maar dit is goed te voet te bereiken in ongeveer 20 minuten (wel heuvel op en af!). Superaardige medewerkers die goede tips geven en ook een en ander voor je kunnen regelen (privé wine tasting gehad bij kleine wijnboer!)'

'We had a very nice stay in this quaint hotel. The host was very friendly and helpful, provided us with a continental breakfast every morning and booked us on a great wine tasting tour. The building is obviously older, but very well maintained. VERY CLEAN and the bathrooms have obviously been updated in the not too distant past. Only complaint is that the WiFi speed is painfully slow and almost unusable. Very close to the bus stop and walking distance to everything the charming town has to offer....

'Peaceful, Relaxing Stay in Tuscany We had a great experience here. The setting is quiet and secluded—felt like a true escape from everyday life. The golf was excellent, the food was consistently good, and the service was friendly and professional. It is remote, which adds to the charm, but just a heads-up: if you need anything like Advil or small essentials, the nearest town is about 20 minutes away on a dirt road. Overall, everything was well done. We’d absolutely come back.'
