"Ons verblijf in Montebelo Vista Alegre Lisboa Chiado was heel erg prettig. De locatie is perfect: centraal in de stad en ideaal om Lissabon te verkennen. Het hotel zelf is prachtig ingericht en straalt luxe en comfort uit.
Wat ons vooral opviel, was het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Ze denken echt met je mee en doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Toen we aangaven dat het in het weekend ’s nachts erg luidruchtig was aan de straatkant – met voorbijgangers en sirenes – kregen we direct te horen dat we, als het weer zou gebeuren, een andere kamer konden krijgen. Die servicegerichte houding waarderen we enorm.
Als je hier verblijft, zou ik aanraden om, indien mogelijk, een kamer aan de rustigere kant van het hotel te vragen. Maar los daarvan is dit een geweldige plek om te verblijven in Lissabon. Zeker een aanrader!"
