We obviously could have called the desk, but made do with a bar we had in our bag. 'Well, I thought I had booked another location, but how pleasantly surprised I was! Staff was wonderful, we were in a comfy room. We generally stay at Holiday Inn due to the soft beds and pillows. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with amenities for showering, etc. The strange thing was breakfast was extra charge. Had not had that experience before, but paid during booking. Good hot breakfast to get us up and on the road. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was nice area, but rain moved in...

'June 5-7,2026. June 5th the 1st room 103 had water leaking from the bathroom granite countertop even when the water was off along with water leaks in the ceiling covered up by terrible flat base white paint. The 2nd room 116 they moved us to had a dead roach in the middle of the bathroom floor. The 3rd room they moved us to 321 we rolled the luggage cart (it needs to be replaced and it's only one cart for the entire hotel) upon rolling the cart into the room the bottom bumper of the cart hit a...

'Our particular room had several faulty issues. The outlet that the smallest mini fridge ever was plugged into did not work. We had to request a new fridge (still did not work), then move it to a different outlet within the room during our stay. The bathroom lock did not line up with the piece on the door frame - so it never locked - a nightmare with 2 kids. And it’s a sliding door.. not even a regular one. The frosted divider that is suppose to make it feel like a suite is 2 rooms was gone....
