'This small apartment sits on a multi family property with two apartments in one unit and a full home about 50 yards beside it. All are rented separately. This unit is very contemporary with stairs going to the loft that require a watchful eye. The deck is shared with both apartments with some outdoor furniture. A full kitchen is offered as well as a roomy bathroom with a large shower. The hot water tank is small but should last for 2 limited showers. There is a pull out couch on the main floor...

'This home had everything we needed. My family and extended family (two German Shepherds) had a really great time. Every thing was so like brand new that I even conveyed to the owner that I was afraid to scratch or dirty anything. I asked the owner why he put "just basics" in the description. He responded there was no pool or hot tub .... so what. Great place to relax and to use as a base camp for anything that you want to do in the area. I have friends in the area and will definitely stay in...

'The boathouse was perfect for me and my husband! We had everything we needed, took full advantage of the kayak and spent hours on the water!! It was just beautiful and we saw so many manatee!! The bed was comfy and the shower was great! Teddi goes above and beyond to make sure you’ve got everything you need including info about restaurants etc. I hope we’re lucky enough to stay here again someday.'

'Very cute place. Loved the decor. Size was just right for one person, would be fine for 2 as well. Love, love the shower! The location was very quiet and peaceful neighborhood place. Walking distance to restaurants.'

'When we arrived there was a vehicle in the driveway that had no tags and took up most of the driveway thank goodness we were only 1 vehicle. No big deal we can get over that but then we go in and the place is dirty food crumbs in the fridge microwave was dirty bathroom mirror had tooth paste on it and the list could go on, his defense was he cleaned it himself and took the cleaning fee. No professional cleaner cleans here and definitely not sanitized to standards to protect you from other...

'Joe and Gina were excellent hosts for my 7 night stay at their newly remodeled rental property. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had a nice shower and a separate tub. Towels were thick and toiletries were provided. Kitchen area was well stocked with coffee pods for the Keurig and Gina had a bowl of fruit on the counter for me, including some fresh oranges from their tree! What a treat! The property is located just steps away from Lake Rouseau and about 5 houses from a public boat launching area....

'I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals over the years that fell short of expectations. Not this one! This rental was without a doubt the cleanest room I’ve ever rented. Tina and Randall were very welcoming upon my arrival and made me feel at home. Everything about the rental was wonderful. It worked great for what I was in the area to do. Had great conversations with my hosts and was offered many tips on great places to dine. I feel I’ve made some new friends! Highly recommend. No disappointments!'

'We enjoyed our two week stay! House was clean, bed was super comfy, lots of hot water, a/c - heat worked great! Kitchen supplies were sufficient. Enjoyed seeing deer, wild boar, listening to the wonderful birds while being able to sit near beautiful blue water. What more could we ask for!'

'We loved the home. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. The kids loved the pool. We ate all meals outside. We rode bikes to the archeological center just around the corner, we kayaked and saw an alligator and a turtle. If we ever head that way again we would choose this home.'
