'Super clean and very quiet. Wish the beds were firmer and a lounge chair would be nice. Staff is attentive!'

'There were blood stsins on the sheets, food in the fridge, human and pet hair on the floor and sheets. The sprinkler was encased in hair and dust. We did not stay and went elsewhere.'

'The pool was out of order, and the night desk clerk did not offer to let us move to another hotel without losing our money. The stopper on the bathroom sink was missing. The setscrew on the door handle had been replaced with a sheet metal screw that stuck out. The driveway had large pot holes, and mud puddles.'

'You get what you pay for. The room was clean but it was worn and showed the rough treatment of prior guests. The gentleman at the front desk was great. He just started his shift and it seemed like he was kind of dropped in with not a lot of explanation of what had been going on. The shuttle service didn’t fit my schedule so I handled getting to the airport on my own. Hey the AC was good though.'

'This was our third time staying at Sonesta. I recently moved to Pittsburgh and return on occasion to visit family. The accommodations are great for the price in my opinion. It’s not the Ritz, but the room is always clean & comfortable. The outside could use some attention like cleaning up the debris that accumulates in the parking lot. That certainly wouldn’t prevent us from returning!'

'Check in was a smooth process. The room in general was clean but one of the beds has stains on the blankets and the tub was out dated and looked dirty. The ac unit was super loud and also very outdated we didnt use it overnight'

'They should brush the corners for cobwebs and spiders. Overall, it was a fine stay, but that was the only thing to note. At least there weren't bedbugs'

'It was my first time staying at a Comfort Inn. The room and general facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful (as I locked myself out twice 😬) and friendly. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day.'
