'The cabin was absolutely lovely. The location was peaceful and quiet. We could see the cove from the cabin windows and listen to the waves lapping against the shore. We had a peaceful, restful stay. The hosts, Robert and Sandy couldn't be more wonderful. Lovely, lovely folks.'

'Great place to get away from it all. Remote and stunningly beautiful. Great amenities for enjoying the outdoors. Loved the firepit at night, eating outdoors, and the closeness to the water. Loved exploring the bay area at low tide finding sea creatures. Contact Captain Matt's for getting good deals on fresh lobster. The cabin fit my family of 10 great. We hope to come back again.'

'New cabin... has everything you need. I plan to come back next year. Host and his wife are genuine hard working down to earth people. And the cove is absolutely awesome. I loved exploring what washed up during hide tide and what was left behind during low tide. Was able to walk from cabin to quoddy head which has spectacular coastal views and trails without it being over populated. Other preservations south of the cabin just a short drive away. Great place for an explorer, writter, or artist!'

'Not only is the cabin gorgeous but the location and the property could not be better for a quiet escape in the woods. The pups loved swimming in the lake. The star viewing is also unmatched. The whole experience is perfect. '

'The only issues I had Was when I got to my cabin the bed had not been made and the trash was not empty from the people before so we had to go to the red barn wash our bedding before we could sleep that night. Also the ad said 1 bedroom 1 bathroom there was no bathroom in the cabin it was in the red barn'

'Property was amazing. Beautiful, peaceful, very private location.All amenities were as described. The sauna was wonderful, especially to soothe sore muscles after a hike on the Bold Coast Trail.Would love to return during the summer to enjoy warmer weather activities.Highly recommend this property.Sue the owner was so easy to work with.Thankful she shared this little slice of heaven with us!'

'No code was ever sent to check in, the cabin was just unlocked. Not used or cleaned in a while. Spider webs everywhere. 2 half dollar size spiders in the tub. No wifi. No curtain on door right by sink to brush teeth etc. Zero privacy. Not even a checker board or newspaper to occupy kids. No fan in bathroom made it very steamy, and could barely change in the tiny shower/toilet area. Screw actually sticking out through wall in these rushed together cabins.
