Veel voor weinig
Zeer goed hotel,met vriendelijk personeel. Licht wat buiten het centrum,maar ze hebben een shuttelbus om je naar het centrum te brengen.Ontbijt is zeer goed.Voor het doorrijzen naar andere plaatsen worden er tickets voor je geregeld. Onze speciale dank gaat uit naar flora en ben.

This is a 5 star property or so they say but it had definitely seen better days. Shower was over bathtub and water spray was really poor. The view outside the property made it feel as though they had picked up the property and placed it in a run down area...so many dogs running around and pooing...What makes this place amazing is the staff including cleaning staff. The free transportation to the beach and to the old town was really good as were the free bicycles. Area to the side of the hotel away from it was lovely, some really nice restaurants with some absolutely lovely staff. This is a lovely hotel, slightly rundown and the wifi isn't brilliant but the hotel itself and staff are which is all you want really. Very family friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay. Not sure what star rating the hotel is but the service was what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Very warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has clearly tried their best to make guests feel comfortable. Shuttle buses, designated beach umbrella and chairs and great breakfast. I’ve read other reviews about shuttle buses being too full but we never experienced it. A special mention regarding the wonderful service we received from Flora, Snow and Win and other staff (including cleaning staff) from 30 Nov to 3 Dec who I didn’t get the names of. Highly recommend.

All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. I hurt my foot earlier in the week and the ladies at the front desk (especially Jasmine) went above and beyond to get crutches delivered to me and to make sure I was cared for at all times… so sweet! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic stay
The best service I've experienced in my 42 years of travelling. The hotel is clean and cosy. The morning buffet was delicious. Easy to borrow bikes. I can warmly recommend the hotel and will hope to get the chance to return.

This was the best hotel from our Vietnam trip. Wonderful staff, lovely hotel and good location. We enjoyed the tasty and varied breakfast (particularly the vietnamese iced coffee) and also the spa. Spa massages and facials are excellent and very good prices. We used the free shuttle to go to the beach and into town. Silvia, Flora ans Ken were very helpful and always welcomed us with a big smile. Highly recommended.

It may not be as lavish as 5 star international hotel chain, but the staff were really attentive and always genuine in their service. Top notch hospitatily! Rooms were spotless and clean after every housekeeping. Any maintanence defects (blown light bulbs) were immediately addressed. Overall a pleasant 3 nights stay!

Excellent!
C’était notre deuxième séjour à cet hôtel. Nous avions adoré l’endroit la première fois et ce fut tout aussi agréable cette fois-ci. Idéalement situé entre la vieille ville et la plage, on peut se déplacer facilement avec les bicyclettes gracieusement fournies par l’hôtel. La course en taxi est peu chère, si on préfère ce mode de transport. La chambre était grande, propre et très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel est aimable et particulièrement attentionné. Des amis nous avaient recommandé le Sincerity lors de notre premier séjour à Hoi An; depuis, c’est nous qui le recommandons à nos amis.

We were so well taken care of! Everything was sparking clean and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The desk staff bent over backwards to help us figure out the city and what we wanted to do. The pool was adorable and a lovely oasis from the crazy markets.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. This amazing hotel was the highlight of our Vietnam Stay for many reasons. My husband and I got upgraded to a nice suite that was spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable (not to mention it was quiet and located away from all the noise)! The staff were all so incredibly welcoming and hospital. When we checked in, I was feeling a bit under the weather and the kind receptionist sent ginger tea up to my room to make me feel better which I will never forget. They even helped arrange our trip to Ba Na hills very last minute when we decided to go see the Golden Bridge. The breakfast spread was awesome every morning which is a huge plus when traveling. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An! It is a must stay. My husband and I will definitely choose this location again if we come back to visit!

Nice hotel
Great hotel and super friendly, english speaking staff. They have free bikes that you can use to bike into the center of Hoi An or to the beach. There are also several nice spas w/in a few blocks of the hotel. Very efficient check in. They let us check in early and strived to accommodate. They also can easy arrange you a pickup from the Da Nang Airport ($15 from airport to hotel) and a transfer from Hoi An to Hue. Highly recommend and good value for the money.

Very good value for money. Very helpful staff. The staff on the front desk were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful, they also spoke very good English. Very quiet location with free bicycle hire to get to the town and beach which doesn’t take long. The town is also walkable (25 mins). Lovely breakfast too.

친절한 서비스에 맛있는 조식 너무 좋았던 호텔
위치는 올드타운에서 도보 15분정도로 덥지만 않으면 걸어다니기 충분한 거리입니다. 다만 더울땐 정말 죽을거같더라구요 ㅎㅎ 스텝분들 다들 너~~무 친절하십니다 참섬투어 간다니깐 호텔 수건 챙겨가라고 말씀도 해주시고 다들 너무 친절하게 해주셨어요! 화장실이랑 침대도 쾌적했고 방도 아주 넓고 수영장이 이뻤는데ㅠㅠ 일정이 바빠서 이용을 못했어요... 다음에 꼭 다시 가서 수영장 이용하고 싶네요 조식도 너무 맛있었어요 여기 조식 쌀국수가 사먹는거만큼이나 엄청 맛있었어요! 마지막 조식날 남자 스텝분이 커피 만들어 주셨는데 그것도 너무 맛있어서 또먹고 싶네요

My wife and I booked for 28 days here in March, but were forced to leave early due to flight changes (COVID 19). We did stay for 17 days, and wish we were still there! The staff are amazing at Sincerity and Anio. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety. They have a shuttle to town and the beach, and there are several very good restaurants, grocery, etc. within walking distance. We were also offered complimentary massages/facials, and a room upgrade! We did not eat at the restaurant, but did eat by the pool and the food was very good...the bbq smelled amazing. Everyone (staff) was wearing masks during our stay, so you couldn’t see their smiles, but you could hear it in their voices...always greeting you by name when you arrived or left the hotel. The gym was well equipped also. A couple very minor suggestions... in the gym, perhaps add a cup dispenser, and a garbage can. There is nowhere to put used cups. And in the room, bolt the safe to the cabinet that it’s in. The safe is loose, and someone could take the whole thing.... having said that, Vietnam is one of the safest places I’ve ever visited, and their crime rate is very low. It is just an observation that may make other guests feel more comfortable.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel per 3 notti e che dire è stato magnifico! Pulito, personale davvero tanto gentile e disponibile, posizione vicinissima al mare ed al centro di Hoi An e servizio navetta sempre disponibile (sia per andare al centro e sia per il mare.) Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio lavanderia, sono bravissimi, gli abiti erano profumatissima e senza più macchie!!!! Hotel super consigliato!

편안함이 가장 큰 장점인 호텔이에요
우선 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 여행 마지막을 좋은 기억으로 마무리짓게 해주셔서 고마웠어요. 부모님을 아버지 어머니라는 한국말로 불러주셔서 부모님이 너무 좋아하셨고 만날때마다 반갑게 인사해주시는 직원분들덕분에 여행지라는 어색함도 잊고 편안했어요. 부모님과 함께하는 여행이라면 높지않은 건물에 편안한 분위기의 이 호텔을 추천해요.

ベトナム滞在中最高のホテルでした。
初老の夫婦２人で、片言の英語でしか話せませんでしたが、スタッフさんの笑顔と心遣いで快適に過ごせました。ホテルは、旧市街地から1.5kmほど離れていますが、無料のシャトルバスやレンタサイクルがあるので旧市街地に近いホテルにこだわる必要はないと思いました。シークレットセールで申し込んだので、価格も大変魅力的でした。チェックアウト時のアンケートで、食事をexellentにしなかったために、どこかお気に召さなかったと気にされてたのが申し訳なく思ってます。exellentで良かったと後悔してます。帰りは、ダナン市内のホテルまで送迎をお願いしましたが、grabより安かったです。ホイアンに行く機会があれば、次も利用したいです。
