'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. 'Overall, great stay and extremely satisfied with hotel. A few pros: The staff are welcoming but some of the youngsters are a bit loony. The overall appearance and architecture is to die for; the hardwood floors and classis Titanic era style captivates your longing to lounge around all day in the foyer.
