Code system for entry was a bit problematic. Took 5-6 tries to enter our room each time. Never met our host in person. 'My sister and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The complete staff at the front desk, maintenance guy, cleaning ladies were really friendly and helpful. My sister and I were quite sensitive to noise and the staff really did their utmost to make it as less noise as possible. Also the suite itself was very well equipped, spacious and neat.Breakfast buffet was included, that was great too. I would really want to stay there again. '

'Overall way better than the other locations I booked in Toronto. Only thing that could be improved is housekeeping, they missed it on 1 day, maybe because we left early afternoon. On one of the other days, they forgot a towel, but the front desk brought one to us right away'
