'The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff were very responsive to my questions and concerns and were always very patient. The signage for amenities, division of space, expected rules of behaviour, and WiFi were extremely clear and helpful. The proximity to the plaza with a T&T made it super easy to find cheap, delicious food, and access to Yonge Street meant easy transit time. The locks made me feel very secure. Would definitely recommend to any single traveller looking to...

'My sister and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The complete staff at the front desk, maintenance guy, cleaning ladies were really friendly and helpful. My sister and I were quite sensitive to noise and the staff really did their utmost to make it as less noise as possible. Also the suite itself was very well equipped, spacious and neat.Breakfast buffet was included, that was great too. I would really want to stay there again. '

'We spent two nights there during our trip to Toronto area. The location is easy to access and close to many good Asian restaurants. The room is spacious but a facilities are a little outdated. It's very clean. The indoor pool is very nice.'

'you can smell a musty chlorine as soon as walk in the door , stairs going down to pool have a wet paint sign for 3 weeks but it had not been painted it was completely rust chairs around pool have rusty legs to the point the wabble on 3 legs, carpets are old and stained ,laundry room has 1 washer 1 dryer and no where to sit, water cooler in gym has warm water,'
