'Overall it was a good start. Very quiet area for the most part. I feel it safe and able to walk at night. Sufficient space but there is no pullout couch. There’s only two beds, queen and full. No way 6 people can sleep without an additional inflatable. Furniture was ok. Kitchen was ok but there were ants and mold. Bathroom was pretty clean. Had an issue with parking one day. Overall it was a good stay. The property needs deep cleaning and upkeep.'

'Great location! House was very clean only thing there were brown sugar ants in the kitchen. I booked this place because of the pool it had but I never got to use the pool because it never got cleaned. I would definitely stay there again.'

'Inside of property was very clean and as shown on listing. The pool and backyard were very cute. One major issue is that there is no door to the en suite bathroom, so it is essentially unusable when anyone else is in the room. Laying in bed you have a direct view of the toilet. It also makes it so that you can't turn a light on to use the restroom or shower if anyone is still sleeping. Another issue we had was that both showers were difficult to adjust. I never got my shower to my desired...

'The room is dirty. The staff is great. They’re just underpaid. It’s a corporation. I get it no problem, but they have a bunch of properties. This property does not have a pool they’re understaffed obviously whoever owns the corporation doesn’t want to pay people just like how most American companies are, but it’s convenience. That’s why they’re making money and they don’t charge a deposit which is a plus so it’s a good place to stay if you just want something cheap but don’t bring a bathing suit...

'When our other reservation cancelled our NYE reservation on the 30th, we were panicked. We needed accommodations for 9 adults and 2 infants in under 24 hours notice on a major holiday. Fortunately, DJ saved the day. He was super communicative and flexible about timing, and got the hosue ready for us on very short notice. The house itself was lavish and comfortable. We had a great time cooking dinner and sitting poolside. Our only note would be that its clear that usually catering staff that...

'Please beware of this listing. I booked for 11 nights and need to checkout next day. It took them 4 days to finally allow me to checkout of this nightmare situation. True story, no water pressure, no lightbulbs in the backyard. No internet during my whole stay. Please be careful and choose more wisely than me. Thank you and stay blessed.'
