'Had a lovely night at CABN...the kitchenette while small was enough to cook dinner and then the stools and shelf-style table gave us a chance to eat while looking out at nature. The bed was comfy (tricky has one person did have to climb over the other to get out) but AC was super efficient for our 45 degree day and the shower was warm and had plenty of water pressure. And waking up to kangaroos in the front of our cabin was neat!'

'Simple no fuss check in arrangements. Excellent bed and haberdashery. Fridge, T+K, Croc+Cut in a little food prep room was old school and appreciated. Generous coffee offering - a jar, not sachets - bravo ! I save the best for last - there are 4 rooms in a line overlooking the golf course, the lake beyond and a wall of quintessentially Aussie bush - the more you gaze the more you ponder. This is a special place, easy on the eye, eases a busy mind. Stay here, you'll like it.'

'We were in a bedroom (within a house) which also had a bathroom and small kitchen attached. Everything was supplied, including small touches like books, games, fresh juice and brownie slices. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hostess was lovely. I would thoroughly recommend this place for a stay '

It was beautiful, stunning architecture, beautifully furnished, it had an amazing complete designer kitchen which we didn't use, but which would be handy for longer stays, and it was not all that expensive. 'Longview is what you call a hidden gem. Let's start with the basics. Rooms are spacious. Have a full equipped kitchen. Wifi is free. Room comes with breakfast which is already in the room upon arrival. Egs, bread,Orange Juice, bacon, cheese, milk, cereal, tomatoes. Selection of tea and coffee for in a french press. 'We arrived early wasn’t a problem, room made up every day room. Motel by a main road but wasn’t a problem and all you needed was on your doorstep I.E good supermarket and two excellent pubs serving food and drinks '
