'Amazing hotel: feels brand new. Nice porch with rocking chairs in front of the hotel where you can sit with your drinks. Very laidback. Room was very clean and again felt very new. Parking was very easy. Reception staff was all right, but felt a bit distant (at several occasions). '

'This is the place to stay if you have any events going on at UD arena. Walkable to the venue. Short drive to great places to eat like Table 33, jimme 11, ghost ight coffee and old scratch pizza. That is not to say the hotel eatery is anything to ignore. Breakfast was fairly prices to other options and had an amazing cook on hand at the omelette bar. Our room was just right. Staff was very courteous to us at all times. '

'Overall the hotel is very good in comparison to the price. The only improvement could be done on the breakfast. All the table were is plastic and the quality of the products wasn't that great.'

'The hotel is very nice, it is clean, it is quiet, I love my giant TV and the fact that there is a bistro/bar with Starbucks right in the lobby. I can’t say enough about Jerard, Susan and the whole staff. They go above and beyond but especially for Jerard… he is the best thing about that hotel, which is saying a lot because the hotel was fantastic! His career and hospitality will definitely go far ! 'Breakfast mediocre- should use real dishes, as well'

'Stayed for one night at the Courtyard. It's hard to find a good hotel in Dayton but this is one of the newer ones. Hotel is clean and comfy but in the area are no restaurants or bars. You need to have a car or take taxi to go out for dinner. Hotel has a good breakfast!'

'King suite but small room, limited outlets, morning shower had cold water! Mini fridge had a 2 hour timer (so small it couldn't even hold a to-go box that was half sized). Shower toiletries were nice, room & hotel clean. Recommend getting a breakfast sandwich from hotel restaurant.'

'They are in the middle of remodeling the rooms. So once they finish, the furnishing will be more comfortable. '
