'The water was not hot, the rooms are not a plus, they're wore out and not maintained very well. Everything was clean, there was no bad smells and the pool was not working and I would imagine from the state of things the pool probably has not worked in a long time. I saw one staff when I came in at night and I saw one staff when I left the next day and they were very friendly.'

'It was the shabbiest place I have ever seen, staff was trying to give me room in the second floor, I told that I have a handicap sister who could not climb the stairs since there was no elevator. He lied to me that all room in the ground floor was booked. When I threaten to book room in another place he told me that he has one room with TV not working. I said I don’t care about TV, then he allowed that room to me later I found out that the TV was working fine. The smoke detectors was hanging...

'The property was disgusting and falling apart. The bed sheets were stained, mold in the flooring, faucet in the bathtub was falling off the wall and tile was cracked. The hotel itself smelled musty and very run down.'
