'Terrible'

'Our family stayed at America’s Best Value Inn on our way to Bryan Texas. The Inn was A bit of a hit-or-miss stay. The highlights were definitely the clean towels and the beer bathtub, which felt brand new. Unfortunately, the sleeping area didn't match that quality—the decor is dated and the linens have seen better days. Also, travelers looking for a hearty breakfast should be aware that the continental offering is very basic and lacks protein options (aside from milk). Good for a night, but...

'We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom lake house! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The home was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), making it easy to cook meals just like at home. 'Nice and peaceful. Authentic ranch environment on an open range, with cattle, coyotes in the distance, and a couple of nice barn cats. The quarters are new remodeled. Very clean. Nice place to get away and slow down. Highly recommend this place when in town for A&M functions, or if you need a real getaway from city life. Just a few miles to the campus, and close to the airport as well if you fly charter.'

'We loved the location and the property itself was very nice overall. The only downside was that we weren’t able to fully enjoy the peaceful morning view from the back patio. Around 8 a.m thru 10 a.m., lawn maintenance began right as we were making coffee and settling to go outside, which unfortunately disrupted the quiet atmosphere we were looking forward to.
